What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Experience of working in a school desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Confident in dealing with children and adults
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure whilst maintaining confidentiality
  • Good teamworking, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Be enthusiastic and supportive of the Academy ethos
