What skills and experience we're looking for
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
- Experience of working in a school desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Confident in dealing with children and adults
- Ability to keep calm under pressure whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Good teamworking, interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Be enthusiastic and supportive of the Academy ethos
