Admin Assistant job summary

There is a vacancy at Northwood for an administrative assistant to join our busy school office.

Suitable candidates would demonstrate:

• Ability to represent the school by telephone and through personal contact with pupils, parents and other agencies, recognising the importance of confidentiality at all times
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Calmness, a sense of humour and a can-do attitude!

This role is a part time post with hours of work being 08:00 – 13:00 Monday to Friday for 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days).
