We are seeking someone who:

Can maintain a courteous, professional and welcoming manner, in person, writing and on the telephone, with key stakeholders, to reflect our key values.

Can provide effective secretarial support to meet the school’s administrative daily requirements.

Can work efficiently to maintain record keeping, maintaining compliance with data protection requirement.

Takes accountability for the organisation and management of key school procedures, including, but not limited to, submission of relevant data to HR, Finance and Health and Safety teams, Admission procedures, Pupil Attendance, Pupil census submission, organisation of school trips and risk assessments, website maintenance and safeguarding protocol.

Can make special contribution to our school community, as a Admin Assistant and a Team Member.

Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.

Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare- both at home and in school.
