The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills
- Be a good team player with good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task in a busy environment.

- Be able to show excellent organisational and communication skills with colleagues, visitors and children
- Be able to work as part of a team and independently when necessary
- Use their own initiative
- Prioritise workload as necessary
- Be friendly and welcoming to our parents, pupils and visitors
- Understand confidentiality
- Have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Have experience of working with computers, Word, Excel etc
- Have a willingness to be flexible and respond to the school needs
- Be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.

Hours of work will be 14 hours per week 7 hours per day, 8.30am – 4.30pm
Salary: Grade point 3 £7807 - £7985 actual salary based on £24,404 - £25,584 FTE
