As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, governors, contractors and visitors, you will provide a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service while supporting a wide range of administrative functions across the school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries, maintaining accurate pupil and school records, processing attendance information, coordinating meetings and appointments, and supporting school communications, events and activities. Working closely with school leaders, teaching staff and external agencies, you will handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and accuracy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual seeking a part-time role within a friendly and supportive primary school environment.
