What skills and experience we're looking for
- Will support with wider school administrative tasks, including attendance, admissions and
- communication with families
- The Governors are seeking to appoint a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant who:
- Has a recognised qualification or relevant experience in administration or office-based work
- Has excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Will be confident in managing calls, emails, and front-of-house responsibilities in a calm and professional manner
- Will provide a warm, friendly welcome to all pupils, families, visitors and staff, reflecting the school’s nurturing and inclusive ethos
- Is confident using a range of IT systems and can maintain accurate records with attention to detail
- Will demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Will be an active member of our school team and contribute positively to our Christian ethos and values
- Will work calmly under pressure and be flexible in responding to the changing needs of a busy school office
