Admin Officer - Data and Exams job summary

To assist in the planning, preparation, organisation and administration of internal and external examination seasons
To assist in the recruitment and management of invigilators
To ensure that coursework is sent to moderators within deadlines, and support exam days ensuring that students are in the correct venue and exam, dealing with the arrangements as required for any clashes.
To support exam results days and receipt and distribution of certificates.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
