Admin/Receptionist job summary
Beckfoot Allerton is seeking a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our busy and dedicated team as a Admin/Receptionist. You will play a key role in a supporting the day-to-day running of our school. Whether you're welcoming visitors, managing data and communication, organising key systems, or supporting colleagues across school. The ideal candidate will thrive in a in a busy environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence. We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

This is a part-time, permanent position which is 32.5 hours per week, it is also term time only 5 plus days. The working hours are Monday to Friday - 08.30am to 03.30pm.
