Working Hours: 36 hours, 40 weeks (5 INSET days + 5 additional days) Monday-Friday 8-4pm

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders, providing high-quality administrative and front-facing support. You will contribute to effective communication, strong organisational systems, and a positive experience for all who engage with the school.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and improving processes. You will be instrumental in helping the school maintain high standards of organisation, professionalism, and service.

The Ravensbourne School is a large and truly unique 11-19 school, set in the heart of Bromley. There are 1500 students, with 440 students in Post 16. Some of the buildings are Grade II listed, dating back to 1911 whilst other additions are more recent.
