We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administration Assistant to join our vibrant admin team. You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school, helping us deliver a first-class experience to students, parents, staff, and visitors.
About the Role
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors and phone enquiries, maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence.
- Assist in the smooth running of the school’s administrative systems including SIMS, Parent Comms, and internal communication tools.
- Provide key support with trips, events, mail processing, first aid, reprographics, and student records.
- Be a calm, organised, and reliable team player who thrives in a busy school environment.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has strong interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Is IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office and/or school-based systems (e.g. SIMS, CPOMS).
- Can manage competing priorities calmly and effectively.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
- Has a First Aid qualification or is willing to train.
