Administration Assistant job summary

The Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave.

You will be an organised, approachable and proactive individual with a passion for providing high-quality administrative support. Calm and confident when dealing with a variety of different stakeholders, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the Trust Central Team, handling enquiries with professionalism, care, and discretion.

You will have strong administration skills and be comfortable using systems such as Word and Excel. You will take pride in getting the small details right, whether you are coordinating meetings, supporting events, managing travel arrangements, or updating systems and records. Your ability to plan, prioritise, and adapt means you are always ready to support your colleagues and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Above all, you will be someone who shares our values and is committed to making a positive contribution to the Trust. With a can-do attitude, strong teamwork and a genuine desire to support others, you will play an important part in ensuring our central operations remain efficient, professional, and people-focused.
