The Role
You will play a vital, collaborative role across our academy, championing excellent attendance and partnering with families to unlock every student's potential. We are a growing school with exciting opportunities ahead, and we want a dedicated practitioner who can:
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students and families to understand and break down barriers to school attendance.
- Monitor and analyse attendance trends proactively, implementing positive interventions that celebrate improvement and support those in need.
- Collaborate closely with teaching and pastoral teams to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and motivated to walk through our doors every day.

This post will initially be until 12 April 2027 to allow us to review whether a job share for this role works effectively. It may then become permanent.
Hours of work are 08:00-16:00 and 08:00-15:30.
