Be the welcoming face of our school as an Admin Assistant, you will be at the heart of our school, providing a warm, professional first point of contact for families and visitors. Providing high-quality administrative support to keep the office running smoothly. You’ll handle enquiries, manage records, and support daily operations with professionalism and care, while maintaining confidentiality and contributing to our supportive, team-focused school community.
You will join a friendly and supportive office team where your role is valued and your contribution makes a real difference to pupils, staff and the wider community. The successful candidate will:
- Support an Administrative Team in the delivery of admin support and services to staff, students and parents
- Maintain critical school records and databases, ensuring confidentiality is maintained where necessary, but meeting the School's statutory responsibilities, including to external organisations such as the DfE
- Be confident in solving complex problems and working with colleagues from across a range of roles
- Provide a high-level administrative service, including undertaking tasks such as word processing, reception duties and managing visitors
- Manage complex data and information while ensuring that school systems are kept up to date

Bowling Park Primary School is a three-form entry school for children aged 3-11 years old, situated over two sites. One site is situated in the West Bowling area of Bradford and the second is situated within the East Bowling area of Bradford, a short distance away from one another and easily accessible. Both sites are situated within culturally diverse areas and have built excellent relationships with members of the local community, including parents of the children who attend the school.
