This post would suit a passionate and motivated colleague who is experienced in working successfully with pupils, and looking forward to working with children with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs to ensure their success.
As an Assistant Administration Officer, you will need to share our commitment and vision and want to work with a team of likeminded colleagues. The successful candidate will be able to work cooperatively within a diverse team of professionals from across the education and wider care landscape. Our mantra “we never give up” underpins our approach to working with pupils and guides our values. This is a fundamental part of our school vision, which means it is important that the successful candidate can fully embrace and embody this philosophy.
We understand that our staff team are at the heart of our success. We have developed a strong culture of collaboration and cooperation with a high regard for personal and professional development. If you feel that you have the ability and drive to enable our students to reach their full potential, joining our school also offers many personal benefits including:

- A strong commitment to your continuing professional development and training opportunities
- Regular well-being support
- A supportive environment where your talents will be encouraged, nurtured and rewarded.
