Vacancy for a Permanent Part Time Administrative Assistant

20 Hours per Week, Term Time Only, Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 1.30pm

Hardwick and Cambourne Community Primary School is seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our friendly and supportive office team at our Cambourne Campus. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a vibrant team of professionals who work together to ensure the smooth running of our school and preschool provision.
About the Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the administration of our thriving Pre-School and provide support across the wider school office. This varied and rewarding role includes:
- Managing Early Years funding claims and amendments
- Raising invoices and monitoring payments
- Responding to enquiries from parents and prospective families
- Coordinating the admissions process
- Completing census returns and supporting audit requirements
- Maintaining and monitoring pupil attendance registers
- Recording daily meal choices
- Providing general administrative support to the wider school community

- Has previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
