About the Role We are looking to appoint an experienced Administration Assistant, to support the Office Manager and School Business Manager with a specific focus on HR as well as general administration tasks. This role will take a lead in HR admin, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, supporting HR processes and handling employee queries. You will work across the all through school but will be based mostly in our secondary phase working within the school office where you will also support children and their families and be willing to be trained to provide first aid. 

We are looking for someone who highly organised, with attention to detail and able to prioritise effectively. You should also be passionate about making a real difference to students outcome as the role, whilst administrative, supports the whole school to ensure the highest quality teaching and learning environment for our children.

We are also advertising for a Receptionist 6.5 hours per week. We would be happy to consider applications from candidates considering either or both roles as these could be worked alongside each other.
