Administration Assistant job summary

The Greenfield and Hurst Drive Federation is seeking to appoint an experienced, confident and efficient Administration Assistant to support in our busy School Office from April 2026.

This role requires good knowledge of secretarial and pupil matters. The successful applicant's duties will include the efficient administration duties including providing clerical and welfare support to the school. Applicants will require a confident and friendly manner, be a team player, have the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure.

We welcome applications from candidates with a range of administrative experience to join our fantastic team. Previous school experience is highly desirable.

We can offer supportive staff and leadership team; a modern working environment with superb resources; and a great opportunity to join our lovely school and make a real impact.

The role will offer support to our office team during our busy mornings. Hours required are 8.30am to 11.30am Monday to Friday, term time only.
