Our Opportunity
An Administrative Assistant position has opened at Lythe Church of England School. You will be handling core duties such as email communications, letters to parents, and other tasks to aid the running of the school. You will work closely with the Senior Administrator.
About you
We are looking for an administrator to join our support team, this role is open to both entry level and more experienced administrators.
This role is not exclusively for those who have worked administration duties for a school environment before, candidates who have worked in other sectors are encouraged to apply.
You will need experience of:
- Working in an office environment
- Paperwork systems
- Strong communication skills – face to face, over the phone and via email
- Understanding and ability to follow confidentiality is essential
