We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of the school. Working under the guidance of the Office Manager and Principal, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality administrative services that ensure staff, pupils, and visitors experience a well‑managed and welcoming school environment. Your work will involve handling enquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting daily operational processes, and contributing to the effective communication and organisation across the school.

This role is central to the day‑to‑day functioning of the school and includes responsibilities such as managing reception duties, maintaining pupil and attendance data, coordinating meal orders and payments, supporting school events, and liaising with parents, staff, external agencies, and suppliers. You will also assist with wider administrative tasks including reprographics, stock control, uniform sales, and the organisation of new pupil intake. As a key member of the school office team, you will help uphold the school’s ethos, support whole‑school activities, and contribute positively to the wider school community.

In return you will work in a warm and welcoming school community, with dedicated staff and enthusiastic well-behaved children.
