Administration assistant (Premises) job summary

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Trust Estates Team. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll support the Director of Estates and help keep our school sites running smoothly, coordinating maintenance schedules, managing compliance records, and assisting with exciting building projects.

You’ll be a key part of a supportive team, making a real impact behind the scenes. If you’re someone who thrives on clear communication, enjoys being at the heart of operations, and wants to help schools create safe, inspiring spaces for learning, we’d love to hear from you.
