What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the go-to person for all things admin? Do you have experience working in a school office or a similar educational setting? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors, parents and pupils with a smile and professionalism
- Answering calls and managing school communications
- Supporting attendance and admissions processes
- Updating pupil records and handling confidential information with care
- Providing general administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider staff
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has previous administrative experience – ideally within a school setting
- Is confident using school management systems
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Works well under pressure and can prioritise tasks
- Is approachable, discreet, and a true team player
