What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the go-to person for all things admin? Do you have experience working in a school office or a similar educational setting? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors, parents and pupils with a smile and professionalism
  • Answering calls and managing school communications
  • Supporting attendance and admissions processes
  • Updating pupil records and handling confidential information with care
  • Providing general administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider staff

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has previous administrative experience – ideally within a school setting
  • Is confident using school management systems
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Works well under pressure and can prioritise tasks
  • Is approachable, discreet, and a true team player
