Administration Assistant job summary

An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant. The school is looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, both orally and written, to join our fantastic and dedicated team.

The role will be front of house, meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone, supporting staff throughout the school with their administration needs, as well as ordering goods and services and ensuring invoices are processed.

In the short term, this is a temporary role but with the opportunity for a permanent position in the future. The role is available immediately, and hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.
