- Ordering and monitoring supplies such as stationery, first aid and refreshments
- Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, typing and updating communication platforms
- Supporting record keeping, cash handling and confidentiality
- Assisting with new staff set-up, ID badges and policy documentation
- Offering minor first aid (if trained) and minuting meetings when required

- Remains calm and positive in a lively, sometimes unpredictable environment
- Understands the importance of confidentiality, safeguarding and trust
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive team
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn school systems
- Brings warmth, patience and a genuine care for children and families

- A welcoming, collaborative team who will value your contribution every day
- A role where your work truly matters - and where you will be known, supported and appreciated
