Administration Assistant job summary
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 15:30.
We are looking for an Administration Assistant who will commit to our values and beliefs to become an integral part of our friendly and supportive staff team. Reporting into our Business and Operations Manager, you will be an ambassador for our school and the main point of contact for school staff visitors and pupils. You will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative services across school and providing advice and support to other members of the school team.

About You
To be a good fit for this role, you will:
- Confidently provide first line support for parents and visitors using a wide range of communication channels.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and able to work with accuracy when keeping records.
- Be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office packages.
- Be able to use your own initiative and motivate others.
- Have the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of our team as well as on own when required.
- Share our commitment to acting with integrity, honesty, loyalty and fairness.
