About the Role

As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of The East Manchester Academy. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will provide efficient and professional administrative support across the school, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build effective relationships with staff, students, parents and visitors.

Most importantly, you will be a professional and approachable team player who is committed to delivering excellent service and supporting the Academy’s values. You will demonstrate tact, discretion and flexibility, together with a genuine commitment to safeguarding, equality, continuous improvement and providing the best possible experience for every member of the school community.
