Administration Assistant – from September 2022 Part time 37 hours a week, term time plus 2 weeks Temporary contract to 31st August 2023 Scale E, salary point 7-11 - Salary £20,293 - £21,965 pro rata We are looking to appoint an experienced Administration Assistant, to support the Office Manager in all aspects of the administrative management of the new Harleston Sancroft Academy which opens on 1st September 2022. This role will take a lead on student records, the administration of policies and risk assessments and the day to day maintenance of our website. You will be working alongside our experienced office team, you will be based in our primary phase but working for both the primary and secondary phases. This is an important role in the school for a highly organised administrator who can prioritise effectively, display flexibility and remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate must display attention to detail, be articulate and numerate and be able to demonstrate high standards of presentation, both verbal and written. We are extremely proud of our ethos and the very positive relationships which exist at the school. The Harleston Federation; part of the St Benet’s Multi Academy Trust, includes Harleston Primary Academy and Archbishop Sancroft High School, both are oversubscribed, inclusive, Church of England schools in South Norfolk.
