The role:
Wednesfield Academy are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant who will support the school in all aspects of administration, specifically supporting with Exams and Data. This is an opportunity to assist in providing support to pupils, parents, staff and professional outside agencies. You will be supporting the day-to-day clerical needs of Senior leadership, Teaching staff, Exams Officer and Data Manager, answering telephone queries, photocopying, filing, emailing and completing routine forms.
About you:
In what will be a varied and rewarding role, you will uphold the high standards of the school as an effective administrator with a professional and friendly approach. Your skills will include:
- Having an adequate level of literacy and numeracy (GCSE grade 4/ C or equivalent in English and Maths);
- Excellent inter-personal skills with both children and adults;
- Holding computer and keyboard skills to be able to operate relevant office equipment and IT;
- Be an effective team worker.
