Administrative Assistant
Start date: ASAP
Salary SCP G3
Contract: Term Time (38 weeks) + 2 weeks
Westleigh St Paul’s CE Primary School is a friendly focused school whose families deserve a first rate service. We are seeking a friendly, efficient and organised Office Administrator to provide a front line reception service to our parents and visitors.
The successful candidate will be a confident computer user and preferably have experience of Management Information systems such as Arbor/Sims/Parentpay.
You will be self-motivated and confident with good communication skills.
You will be expected to:
- Welcome parents and visitors to the school
- Maintain children’s records and files
- Produce statistics and reports as required
- Operate Parentpay – financial system for collecting cash for meals, school trips,etc
- Provide support in organising trips and events
- Maintain meal ordering system, school website and Class Dojo’s
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, this will include general administrative duties eg. Photocopying, filing and emailing.
- Maintain general school stocks and supplies and be responsible for checking off orders received
