About this Role

Could you be our new School Office Administrator?

Eynesbury Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer. Our motto at Eynesbury is ‘Love to Learn, Learn to Love.’

We are a school, who prides itself in creating strong partnerships between children, teachers, parents and our local community and we aim to create a happy and safe environment where everyone is valued.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional individual, with the ability to provide an efficient and friendly welcome to visitors and a high standard of administrative support to our current office team.

Successful applicants will possess excellent communication, ICT and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach tasks with enthusiasm, energy, commitment and flexibility. Previous experience of working in an administration role preferably in a school setting and educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grades A*-C are essential.

Working hours are 8.30am – 3.45pm Monday to Friday - 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days in school holidays.

Visits to the school are very welcomed - please contact the school to arrange a show around.
