Administration Officer Safeguarding job summary

We are looking for an administrator to support our Safeguarding team in providing support for safeguarding processes and procedures. The post includes producing highly confidential documents and taking minutes at safeguarding meetings, maintaining safeguarding logs and policies. The ideal candidate will be a professional, confident and enthusiastic team player with a calm and flexible “can do” attitude. A high degree of accuracy and confidentiality is essential, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only
