What skills and experience we're looking for

As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing pupil attendance and co-ordinating admissions for the school. You will be the first point of contact (face to face, online or via the telephone) for pupils, parents and visitors to the school and therefore must have excellent communication skills and be confident in speaking to a diverse range of people. You will also be responsible for managing the shared email inboxes so your written communication skills must also be first-rate. You will be proactive and able to cope in a busy,pressuredenvironment.

Sensitivity and discretion are essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have had office experience, ideally in a school setting. Knowledge of Bromcom or another school MIS system will be a huge advantage. We are a values based school and all staff are expected to share our commitment to these values. A good sense of humour is a must!
