Wallington Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our school, you will play a vital role in providing a warm and professional welcome to pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, as well as supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
Key Responsibilities-
Be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, providing a welcoming and professional reception service.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and courteously.

Support with general administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, filing, and data entry.

Assist with school communications such as newsletters, notices, and parent correspondence.

Provide support for office organisation, including arranging meetings and supporting school events.

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.

Is highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Has good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Can work effectively as part of a team and show initiative when required.

Ideally has experience in an administrative or customer-facing role (experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential).
