Administrative Assistant (25 hours) Fixed Term to 31st August 2026 job summary
Administrative Assistant (Grade C SCP 5 - 7)
25 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum
Mon-Fri 8.00am - 1.00pm
Our ideal candidate should:
- Have proven administrative ability and excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office
- Have confidence in using technology and Management Information Systems and be able to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a range of people, including visitors, parents/carers, children and staff
- Be well organised, yet flexible and adaptable with the ability to multi-task
- Be enthusiastic, creative, innovative - able to look and think ‘outside the box’
- Show initiative and have the capacity to problem solve in a calm and professional manner
- Be motivated, hard-working and a good team player
This post is fixed term to 31st August 2026 in order to maintain the staffing requirements pending review of the school staffing structure.
