Administrative Assistant job summary

PolyMAT is a small but ambitious Multi-Academy Trust with a unique family feel. Our vision is Success for Everyone, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping us make this vision a reality.

We currently have three schools within our Trust:

  • Bannockburn Primary School - a large, thriving primary school that joined the Trust in November 2023.
  • Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys - a long-established and successful boys’ school.
  • Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls - opened in 2019 and has quickly become a beacon for success and progress.

We also have a flourishing co-educational Sixth Form.

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant (with the possibility of appointment as a Senior Administrative Assistant, depending on experience) to join our team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to become part of a welcoming and supportive school community, contributing to the smooth running of the school while helping us deliver the very best outcomes for our pupils and families.
