VACANCY
Administrative Assistant
(SCP 4 £19,461 – SCP 5 £19,786 per annum)
(36 Hours per week term time plus 5 staff training days
39 weeks per year, 8.30am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday & Friday. 8.30am to 4.30pm Wednesday & Thursday)
We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to work a varied role within Reception, Finance & Attendance & Admissions. The role will be split within all 3 departments but main duties will be in Reception answering the telephone, responding to routine queries and greeting our Children, Parents and Visitors. The role will be an exciting opportunity to work within a successful admin team.
