Administrative Assistant job summary
Splitting your time between our main school reception and our Student Services office, you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner.

This is a permanent, full time role working 32 hours per week, on a term time only basis.

About the role
As Administrative Assistant you will:
- Have experience of working in a busy office.
- Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
- Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
