We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who would like to join our dynamic and successful school and be responsible for the daily cover arrangements for teaching staff; someone who would like to be part of a friendly and hard-working team.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own work load, meet all deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Have an excellent level of administrative and computer skills including MS Office Excel & Word
- Be numerate and literate, have strong attention to detail and accuracy with a good level of education
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively, clearly and accurately both orally and in writing with a wide range of people e.g. recruitment agencies students, teachers, parents/carers
- Embrace new technologies and ideas that enhance and improve administrative tasks
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworkingand flexible in their approach with a pro-active approach to problem solving
- Be a positive team player, willing to pitch in and help out where needed and believe in the importance of team work and a collaborative approach
- Be committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and the principles and practice of equal opportunities
- Be committed to the principles and practice of safeguarding all young people
