What skills and experience we're looking for

This position involves overall monitoring and management of the SIMS database, the related modules, other data related software, and the preparation and termly submissions of the school census data. As necessary, the post holder will deliver, or commission, training to support staff in use of these modules. On a daily basis, the post holder will work closely with the Senior Leaders to manage and organise the cover for teachers, and on a seasonal basis, assist the timetabler with preparation and changes.

We are looking for someone who:

  • pays attention to detail and is able to plan, organise, monitor and evaluate
  • demonstrates a solutions-focused approach to problems, and can initiate and develop systems
  • can work collaboratively with staff, external agencies and DfE and LEA partners
  • understands compliance issues generally, particularly General Data Protection Regulations
  • can work at a fast past in this dynamic, vibrant and diverse environment

SIMS/Cover Manager and ParentPay Co-ordinator
