- Band 3 – pt. 6 - 11 (£25,989-£28,142) pro rata.
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills and enjoys working as part of a highly effective team.
- Communicates clearly and
professionally and is able to build positive relationships with staff,
pupils, parents, governors and visitors.
- Can manage multiple tasks, work accurately under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and can handle sensitive information in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Has with strong IT skills, with the ability to confidently use a range of digital systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office. Able to manage digital communications efficiently and adapt quickly to new technologies and school-based systems.
- Is committed to supporting the school's vision, mission and values.
- Has experience of working in an administrative, reception or customer-facing role (school experience desirable but not essential).
