An exciting opportunity has arisen at Knayton CofE Primary Academy for an Administrative assistant. We are looking for a well-organized and passionate individual who can make thoughtful decisions that positively impact the academy's daily operations and ensure excellent communication with visitors, parents, and staff.

  • Administer basic first aid to children and completing the necessary documentation.
  • Undertake reception duties, acting as the first point of contact for the academy, dealing with emails, phone calls and visitors.
  • Monitor stock levels and ordering equipment as necessary.
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children you come into contact with.
