Are you a proactive, highly organised professional with a passion for supporting education and making a real impact to Teachers? Plymouth Teachers and Schools Alliance (PTSA) is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our small yet dynamic team.

As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—providing vital support across a range of projects, events, and daily functions. From organising training sessions and liaising with school partners to maintaining records and ensuring the smooth running of our office, your work will underpin everything we do.

What We’re Looking For

  • A highly organised, detail-oriented team player

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence with IT systems including Microsoft Office

  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines with ease

  • A commitment to professionalism, discretion, and a positive, can-do attitude

  • Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
