We moved into a brand-new school building in February 2018 which offers spacious,modernand outstanding facilities. Three Rivers Academy is a school that maximises opportunities for young people to develop academically and socially in an environment that is stimulating, caring and supportive. This was recognised in the Ofsted report from May 2019 where the school was judged to be GOOD in every category. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join the team at Three Rivers Academy. This is an interesting and varied role working under the direction of the PA to the Headteacher as part of the Main Office team and other school administrative staff, whereappropriate.  Candidates shouldpossessexcellent interpersonal and listening skills with a commitment to helping. 

This is a full-time, term time only role 36 hours, 39 weeks per year.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 3.42 pm / 8.18 am to 4.00pm with a30 minuteunpaid break

Essential Criteria

Successful candidates will have a minimum of three GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent or able toevidenceability at an equivalent level.  Good written and oral communication skills are also essential.
