Administrative Assistant job summary
Come and join us at Manor Wood Primary School and Children's Centre and experience a school like no other where the pupils, parents and staff are at the heart of it's success. We are a 2 form entry school with childcare facilities on site from the age of 6months upwards (Baby Nest), 2 year old Nursery, 3 year old Nursery and before, after and holiday club.
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to work in our busy school office - we are a friendly team of 4 school staff handling the administrative queries of 116 employees and over 1000 children
This vacancy will suit candidates who are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and have the best outcomes for children at heart.
This is a Permanent term time only post with working hours of 37 per week Monday to Friday.

Able to plan, organise and prioritise own time effectively and meet deadlines.
Able to provide confidential and high-quality administrative support.

The successful applicant will undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to employment and will abide by Owlcotes Multi Academy Trust’s policies and procedures and Manor Wood Primary School safeguarding and
child protection policies.
Successful candidates will be invited to a selection day which will involve a face to face interview and some experience related tasks.
