- £26,847.00 - £27,274.00 Annually (FTE) Actual salary: £12,715 salary p.a. Working hours: 09:30 – 14:00 Monday to Friday inclusive with a half hour unpaid break for lunch on each day.
Administrative Assistant job summary
Working closely with the PA to the Headteacher at the heart of our busy school, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of key services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, managing a variety of administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role you will:
- Work closely with our People Team and coordinate recruitment administration from interview invitations to selection days.
- Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for candidates.
- Support interview days and help create an outstanding candidate experience.
- Record and process staff absence information accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate Induction processes for new staff.
- Support with the administration of and reporting on our mandatory training.
- Keep our school running smoothly through providing general administrative support to the PA to the Headteacher / leadership team.
- Be a calm and caring presence in the busy heart of school life.
