Administrative Assistant job summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to staff and leadership.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry.
- Support day-to-day school operations and events.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
- Previous admin experience (school setting desirable but not essential).
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm - 7.2 hours per day - 39 weeks per year
- Pay: Bromley Localised Pay Scale BR5
