We are looking for an experienced Management Information Systems (MIS) professional to take ownership of our MIS platforms across GLF Schools.
Your Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Management Information Systems (MIS) professional to take ownership of our MIS platforms across GLF Schools. This is a key role where you will combine technical expertise with leadership and strategic vision to ensure our systems support student success and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain all MIS systems, ensuring reliability and technical excellence.
- Lead on data architecture, integration, and standardisation to support BI reporting and decision-making.
- Deliver training and create best-practice documentation to enhance system adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison between schools, IT teams, and MIS vendors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support critical annual processes.
- Align MIS capabilities with the trust’s digital strategy and identify opportunities for automation and improvement

This will be a hybrid post, with opportunities to work from home and at one of our Head Offices (The Beacon School, Banstead) or Earlsfield (London), or one of our satellite offices in Camberley, Caterham, Crawley, or Banbury.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Bromcom MIS and strong SQL skills.
- Integration Skills: Ability to design and embed data integrations using API technologies.
- Leadership & Communication: Skilled at engaging stakeholders and translating complex technical insights into clear, actionable solutions.
- Education Knowledge: Understanding of statutory requirements (DfE returns, GDPR) and experience with education data systems.
- Proactive Mindset: A solutions-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.

Hours: 36 hours a week, 52 weeks a year
Contract: Permanent
Pay Grade: Senior Specialist £40,000 - £45,000 FTE
