Gladstone Park Primary School is a warm, ambitious and values-driven primary school in Brent, where our RIDER values guide every interaction, every decision and every member of our community.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Administrative Assistant & PA to the Headteacher to join our exceptional administration team. This is a central role within our school: the successful candidate will support the smooth and efficient running of all administrative functions, act as a welcoming and professional first point of contact, and provide high-quality PA support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

About YouWe are looking for an individual who:
Is highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Is confident using digital systems, databases and Microsoft Office
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
Can work discreetly, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information
Thrives in a team environment and is committed to our RIDER values
Is proactive, solutions-focused and willing to “get stuck in”
Experience working in a school office or similar environment is desirable but not essential.
