Administrative Assistant job summary
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives - and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an organised, flexible and positive administration assistant to join our evolving organisation, who bring a ‘can do attitude’ to engage with students and staff.
We are looking for a committed and motivated individual to join our friendly and supportive school team, giving you the opportunity to have real impact on the lives of young people. This role is key to supporting our administration team by undertaking administrative tasks, reprographics tasks, administering first aid, supporting with SEND paperwork/emails and assisting with school reception duties.
You will be directed and supported by our Office Manager and SENDCo to allow you to fulfil this role. Good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team understanding roles and responsibilities and your own position with these. Previous experience of working in a school office is preferred.
If you have a passion for excellence and share our vision, we can offer you the opportunity to be part of a successful and progressive Trust, which is committed to ensuring learning is at the heart of all we do.
