Hours: 24 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

Priors Hall – ALC is part of the Inspiring Futures through Learning, Multi-Academy Trust. IFtL is committed to developing a family of schools whose purpose is to inspire the futures of us all through learning together.

We aim to prepare all of our children for every stage of their learning and of their lives. We want to provide not only strategies for achieving their academic potential but also provide strategies so that children can nurture, and look after, their emotional and mental health too.

We are looking for an experienced individual to join the team and provide Administrative Support. We are looking for someone who is positive, a team player and holds the interest of the school.

Aim and main purpose of the job (including but not limited to)

General administrative support to include photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, reprographics work and word processing. This could be directly supporting the Head Teacher.

Reception duties, acting as first point of contact in response to telephone and face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors etc.

Open, sort and distribute incoming mail and post outgoing mail. Receive incoming goods and check against orders as required. Arrange orderly and secure storage of supplies.
