Red Oak Primary School is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth and professional running of the school’s administrative functions.

Contract: Permanent, Part-time or Full-time hours available. (minimum of 21 hours per week) 39 weeks per year – term time plus 5 days
Salary:ALT Grade D Points 8-11 - £24,598.00-£25,183.00 Annually, FTE

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including data entry, word processing, and report production
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors, and external agencies
- Support the admissions process and monitor pupil attendance
- Maintain and manage school systems such as Arbor, SCR Tracker, and Iplicit
- Assist with website updates, marketing materials, and event coordination
- Manage stock and supplies, handle school finances, and support with payroll and DBS checks
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including minute-taking and correspondence
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within a school or education setting
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- A friendly and professional manner with a commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding
